At UNDA we believe that education is the first step in change. By educating locals on their surroundings, we are providing them with the tools to become informed and involved with their communities. Education also provides opportunity. Our youth programs aim to engage students through hands on learning and provide them with knowledge about possible career paths.

Community

UNDA believes communities should be celebrated and so should their people. When people work together they are able to accomplish great things and put great ideas to use. We want to help. We also want to ensure that no matter where someone lives they are provided with the same opportunities.

Research

Research is an integral part of our programming. Collecting information relating to our program offerings allows us to strengthen our organization and its impact. Over the course of time we are able to use our findings to generate information relating to the impact UNDA has had on the population who has participated in its programming. We are inquisitive by nature.
